MOOD Color Cream 9.17 Pearl Ash Ultra Light Blonde 100ml is a level 9 very light blonde with an ash primary and pearl-violet secondary tone, from MOOD's vegan permanent cream colour range.
Tone and result
Ash cancels the yellow, pearl-violet adds a soft iridescent sheen. At level 9 the result is a cool, luminous pale blonde that avoids the flat grey a straight ash can give — the shade for clients who want icy but still bright.
