Shipping & Delivery
The parcel shipping and dispatch information below applies to non-furniture orders. Furniture delivery is paid separately; see the furniture section below.
Parcel orders ship from our warehouse at 412 Churchill Rd, Kilburn SA 5084, with Australia Post tracking.
Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). If an order needs more than one business day to prepare, we'll contact you.
- Parcels are sent with safe drop enabled. If the driver decides a safe drop isn't possible, the parcel is taken to your nearest post office for collection.
- Once a parcel has been delivered to the address you gave us, we can't take responsibility if it is lost or stolen.
Standard shipping (non-furniture)
- Free on eligible non-furniture orders of $100 or more
- $9.95 on orders under $100
- Delivery in 2–3 business days after dispatch for most Australian addresses. Remote and regional addresses can take longer; check Australia Post's delivery calculator for your postcode.
Express shipping (non-furniture)
- $5.95 on orders of $100 or more
- $14.95 on orders under $100
- Next business day to most metro areas after dispatch
Click & Collect
Choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick up from 412 Churchill Rd, Kilburn, on business days. We'll email you when the order is ready.
Salon furniture and large equipment
Barber chairs, styling chairs, basins, trolleys, reception desks and other furniture are freighted separately. Furniture delivery is paid by the customer and is excluded from free shipping and the parcel rates above. Freight charges vary by size, weight and delivery location. After you place your order, we will send a separate freight invoice.
Furniture delivery times vary by item and destination. Contact us before ordering if you would like a freight quote and estimated delivery timeframe. Please include your postcode and the product code.
