Shipping and Click & Collect

All orders are usually dispatched within 24 Hours of Payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). If an order needs more than 1 business day handling we will contact you ASAP
All of our parcels are sent with safe drop enabled. In some instances, the delivery driver will deem it unable to be safe-dropped and will leave it at the nearest post office for collection. This decision is made at the driver’s discretion.(This excludes Afternoon/Tonight delivery options)
We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address
All Afternoon/Tonight Delivery and Click & Collect options are Mon-Fri dispatch on business days only, excluding Public Holidays

All parcels are shipped from our warehouse in ADELAIDE,SA from postcode 5084 and all orders are Safe Dropped.

Regular Post:

FREE for orders of $100 or more
$9.95 for orders under $100
1-6 Business Days (for more accurate delivery times, this depends on your location - click here)
