How to use
How to use

Read the warnings on the pack and carry out the preliminary skin test set out in your colour's directions before use.

Wear suitable gloves and mix in a well-ventilated area.

Put the colour or lightener in a non-metallic bowl and add the crème peroxide gradually, following the colour manufacturer's mixing ratio.

Stir with a non-metallic brush or spatula until smooth and creamy, then apply. Don't use metal clips.

Rinse hair well after the development time. Avoid contact with the eyes and replace the cap after use.

Can I pick it up?
Yes. Choose Click & Collect at checkout and collect from 412 Churchill Rd, Kilburn SA 5084, 7 days, 9:00 am–5:30 pm. We'll let you know when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging; return postage is paid by the customer. For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products, blades, brushes, combs and disposables can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty, incorrect or not-as-described items are covered by the Australian Consumer Law and returned at our cost.
Is it for professional use?
Hair colour, bleach, developers, chemical treatments and waxing products are intended for use by trained professionals or according to the manufacturer's directions. Read and follow the instructions and safety information supplied with the product, including any patch or strand test.
