How much is delivery, and how fast is it?

Orders are usually dispatched from Adelaide within 24 hours of payment on business days, with tracking on every parcel. Regular Post is free on eligible orders of $99 or more and $9.95 under $99 (2–3 business days). Express Post is $5.95 on orders of $99 or more and $14.95 under $99: next business day to most metro areas, 1–3 business days elsewhere.

Can I pick it up?

Yes. Choose Click & Collect at checkout and collect from 412 Churchill Rd, Kilburn SA 5084, 7 days, 9:00 am–5:30 pm. We'll let you know when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging; return postage is paid by the customer. For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products, blades, brushes, combs and disposables can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty, incorrect or not-as-described items are covered by the Australian Consumer Law and returned at our cost.
