How to use
How to use

Assess the starting hair level and pre-lighten if needed.

Apply KRAY Black directly to dry hair without oxidant.

Process for 15–25 minutes, depending on the intended intensity.

Rinse with cold water. Shampoo if desired.
For softer pastel tones, mix with L3VEL3 KRAY Clear 250ml. Results vary with the starting canvas and hair porosity; follow the product label and complete a strand test before full application.

Regular Post is free on eligible orders of $99 or more and $9.95 under $99 (2–3 business days). Express Post is $5.95 on orders of $99 or more and $14.95 under $99: next business day to most metro areas, 1–3 business days elsewhere.
Can I pick it up?
Yes. Choose Click & Collect at checkout and collect from 412 Churchill Rd, Kilburn SA 5084, 7 days, 9:00 am–5:30 pm. We'll let you know when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging; return postage is paid by the customer. For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products, blades, brushes, combs and disposables can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty, incorrect or not-as-described items are covered by the Australian Consumer Law and returned at our cost.
