Permanent dye lays one uniform block of colour, so when regrowth pushes through at 1cm a month, a hard edge appears at your part line and the countdown restarts. Most colour shampoos are tinted rinses that coat the strand and wash away. Wiry greys reject them.
LEADERHAIR comes as two-parts single bottle. 250ml colourant with 6 colour actives, plus a 250ml peroxide developer that activates them. They develop inside the strand, the same process your colourist uses. Four botanicals condition as colour sets. Ammonia-free. 10 minutes, then rinse till clear.
