How to use

For an L3VEL3 LIT lightening service, mix in a non-metallic bowl at a ratio between 1:1 and 1:3 according to the chosen technique and consistency. Apply to dry hair, monitor development and do not exceed 50 minutes. For colour services, follow the hair-colour manufacturer's specified ratio and processing time. Rinse thoroughly after processing.

How much is delivery, and how fast is it?
Orders are usually dispatched from Adelaide within 24 hours of payment on business days, with tracking on every parcel. Regular Post is free on eligible orders of $99 or more and $9.95 under $99 (2–3 business days). Express Post is $5.95 on orders of $99 or more and $14.95 under $99: next business day to most metro areas, 1–3 business days elsewhere.
Can I pick it up?
Yes. Choose Click & Collect at checkout and collect from 412 Churchill Rd, Kilburn SA 5084, 7 days, 9:00 am–5:30 pm. We'll let you know when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging; return postage is paid by the customer. For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products, blades, brushes, combs and disposables can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty, incorrect or not-as-described items are covered by the Australian Consumer Law and returned at our cost.
Is it for professional use?
Hair colour, bleach, developers, chemical treatments and waxing products are intended for use by trained professionals or according to the manufacturer's directions. Read and follow the instructions and safety information supplied with the product, including any patch or strand test.
