How to use

1. Place the clipper in the charging dock. Allow about 3 hours for a standard charge or use the 5-hour Reset IQ cycle when battery recalibration is needed.
2. Apply clipper oil across the blade before cutting and run the clipper briefly to distribute it.
3. Select 6,000 or 7,500 RPM, fit the required comb guard and set the lever position.
4. Work through clean, dry hair using controlled passes. Use shorter strokes for fading and detail work.
5. Switch off after use, remove the guard, brush away loose hair and apply a light coat of oil before storage.

Orders are usually dispatched from Adelaide within 24 hours of payment on business days, with tracking on every parcel. Regular Post is free on eligible orders of $99 or more and $9.95 under $99 (2–3 business days). Express Post is $5.95 on orders of $99 or more and $14.95 under $99: next business day to most metro areas, 1–3 business days elsewhere.

Can I pick it up?

Yes. Choose Click & Collect at checkout and collect from 412 Churchill Rd, Kilburn SA 5084, 7 days, 9:00 am–5:30 pm. We'll let you know when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging; return postage is paid by the customer. Faulty, incorrect or not-as-described items are covered by the Australian Consumer Law and returned at our cost.
