How is furniture delivered?

Chairs, basins, desks and lounges ship on a pallet or by courier direct from the warehouse. Because sizes range from a 5 kg stool to a 130 kg workstation, freight is quoted per order rather than at checkout. Send us your postcode and the product codes and we will confirm a delivery price and lead time before you pay. Smaller items such as barber poles and towel warmers ship normally.

Which barber chair should I choose?

All barber chairs here have hydraulic height adjustment, a reclining backrest and a footrest. Choose by frame finish (chrome, gold, matte black, gunmetal), upholstery (tufted, quilted, ribbed or smooth) and weight rating — the Hogo, Lusso and Check chairs carry pumps rated to 300 kg. Catalogue dimensions and weights are listed on every product.

Do wash basins come with taps and hoses?

Yes. The Chelsea, Falcon, Jacob, Joseph, Peter and Royce basins are supplied assembled with a mixer tap, spray hose and, where listed, a neck support. Check the product page for bowl type (ceramic or tilting) and whether a footrest is included.
